In November 2015, WikiStage ESCP Europe hosted an international conference, with events taking place across five of the School's six European campuses (Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid and Turin).

The success of this event led to a March 2016 edition, centred around the topic "The Good in Finance?" Once again, the London event was part of a series of conferences held in Paris, Berlin, Madrid and Turin.

Founded in 2013 by Johannes Bittel, an alumnus of ESCP Europe, WikiStage builds a video encyclopaedia for worldwide education. Under its umbrella, events are organised all over the world where speakers give talks that are recorded and uploaded for free global access.

During the conference in London, speakers Lenke Kiss from Lloyds Bank, Devie Mohan from Thomson Reuters, Dr. Terence Tse, Associate Professor at ESCP Europe, and Revd. Chris Chivers, Principal Westcott House debated about the good side versus the flip-side of finance. The talks ranged from how FinTech is reshaping our world, to Impact Investing, Capital Inequalities and Financial Regulation.

Vicky Pryce, Economist and Board Member at Centre for Economics and Business Research, moderated the conference and summarised that she was "seriously impressed and felt honoured to have been asked to chair". The talks were followed by a panel discussion and a networking reception, allowing attendees to ask questions and spend time with the guest speakers.

Ankita Uppal and Corentin Babaud, the Head Organisers for the conference, said: "We are very happy with the success of the conference, and appreciate the interest shown by attendees in listening intently and raising intelligent questions for the panel."
